Quantum Computing fascinates me. Here is a “Beginner’s guide to Quantum Computing“
Shohini Ghose illustrates 3 potential applications of Quantum Computing with #1 representing QFS with Quantum Encryption (Cryptography). #2 Quantum Healthcare and #3 Quantum Entanglement: applications include completely secure voting (I suspect this was applied in both the 2016 and 2020 elections).
If you’re so inclined, in my opinion, this video shows the limit of human thinking and Quantum Computing genesis being truly OFF WORLD (listening to the conversation between the two PhDs at the end). Dr. Girvin says “We’re far away from being able to have a quantum computer big enough to execute Shor’s Algorithm on that scale”. He also states, “quantum mechanics goes to the side of privacy enhancement…provably secure based on the laws of physics”.
If you went back 30 years and handed someone an iPhone, they’d have called you a wizard (or perhaps alien?!?)
